How do I track my package?
We email a tracking link when your order ships. You can also track an order with your order number, or see it in Your orders.
How do I return something?
Go to Your orders, choose Return items, and pick drop-off or pickup. Returns are free within the return window.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel an order from Your orders until it ships. After that you can return it once it arrives.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 2 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day. Your confirmation email shows the estimated delivery date.
